Focal Point Prints is a small business that does 3D printing and designing of products with the purpose of improving one's quality of life. Founded by a licensed & practicing optometrist (eye doctor).  I make tools that make a patients day to day run more smoothly.

When helping people to see better, as an optometrist, you need to have the point of focus of light to be on the back of ones eye (retina). With Focal Point Prints, the focus of my printed designs is to help improve an individuals life with health care related devices and tools. 

My devices are made using 3D printing technology. I personally design and print the devices with custom upgraded printers. All my designs are made with strong, durable materials.

It depends. If the prints is supposed to be flexible, it is made with TPU. It the print is designed to be more sturdy, the print is made with PETG, PLA +, or ABS.

Focal Point Prints offer tools and devices that can help any patient or individual. Some of my first designs were tailored/targeted to aid patients who use custom contacts called scleral lenses. Patients who have eye conditions such as dry eyes and keratoconus benefit from these lenses. My designs were made with my personal patients feedback and I designed them to help provide them more confidence when using these custom contacts.
